20120 – Seminar: Current Research Topics in Geology / Aktuelle Forschung in der Geologie

Topic for WS2009/2010: “Geology and tectonics of Taiwan”

 We will cover the following:

1) Topography & Climate.
2) Erosion rates.
3) Geology and stratigraphy.
4) Tectonics, active faults, earthquakes.

Each student will have to prepare and present one topic.

We meet Mondays, 14:30 - 16:00 in room 223, Luisenstr. 37.
